Our Graphic Design Process

Our graphic designers will work with you to find the best design. We welcome you to provide artwork you want us to work with. If you are sending artwork, make sure the following standards are met:


  • All artwork must have a .25-weight border around the entire piece
  • Full bleed designs must have a 1/8-inch bleed all around
  • All text and pictures must be inset 1 inch from the border of the design
  • Acceptable file formats are EPS or PDF
  • Colors must be converted to CMYK coordinates
  • Fonts must be converted to outlines
  • Do not include crop marks
  • All artwork must be sent true to size in order to be printed
  • Any embedded bitmap images should have a resolution of 85 to100 pixels per inch (ppi/dpi) at the size they are placed into the document
  • Files may be uploaded when placing an order
  • Once uploaded, please send an email to graphics@southfloridasigncompany.com confirming the details of the order


These standards help us ensure a high-quality product. If there is an issue with quality control, you will be notified and given the option to waive the issue if deemed necessary. We know that our standards may not match yours, and we always respect your decision to print or not print a graphic.
